Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? Storykit is seeking an HR Consultant to support our Operations & Strategy team for two days per week from mid May 2025 until January 2026. How you will make the life easier for thousands of marketers and communicators:

As an HR Consultant at Storykit, you will play a key role in supporting our leadership team and employees across a range of HR processes. Your responsibilities will include facilitating performance reviews, leading people meetings, overseeing recruitment processes, and handling general HR-matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

• HR Support & performance management: Provide general HR guidance to managers, support performance review processes, and assist with employee development initiatives.
  
• Recruitment & onboarding: Support recruitment activities, assist in onboarding new managers and ensure necessary documentation is completed.
  
• Workplace well-being & compliance: Contribute to a healthy and compliant work environment by participating in EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) meetings, and monitoring organizational and social factors.
  
• HR planning & reporting: Participate in HR planning meetings, track key HR initiatives, and provide updates on ongoing and upcoming projects.
  
• Employee transitions & exit processes: Conduct exit interviews, and support managers in decision-making related to employee retention and offboarding.
  
• Policy & compliance management: Oversee the company’s whistleblower service, ensure compliance with workplace regulations, and support organizational policies and procedures.
  

What are we looking for?

• An experienced HR professional with a skill set in HR operations, labor law, performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.
• A strong relationship builder with the ability to lead discussions and drive HR initiatives.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
