Today, we're divided in three functional teams that each have full-stack competence: Video, Data/AI & Organize.

We also have a cross-functional team that includes functions that work with several teams (such as DevOps, UI/UX, CTO, Engineering Manager, QA Lead) and a web team that works with our website.

Ownership and autonomy are super important for us, and each team are responsible for one functional part of the platform. Usually, our developers work on a feature from design and development, to release and maintenance in production.

We have a pragmatic approach to development and always use the tech and tools that we believe are the most suitable for the task at hand.
