We are the team at Storykit that eats, sleeps, and breathes for our customers. We are a dozen passionate individuals that spend our days helping customers get the absolute maximum out of Storykit and we work in three separate teams:
- Customer Success is our customer-facing team where our customers’ main point of contact resides. Our Customer Success Managers drive their own portfolios of customers and strive to strengthen and grow each relationship over time.
- Our Enterprise team consists of Key Account Managers that own and drive our largest customer relationships. These accounts hold huge potential and it is our Enterprise team’s responsibility to ensure that the right Storykit resources are invested to unlock that potential.
- Together with our Key Account Managers we also have our Enterprise Activation team who works with our largest accounts. This team solely focuses on our Enterprise customers with one main goal in mind: activation. In addition to owning the customer onboarding process, this team of Storykit specialists also holds inspirational workshops within topics such as how to creatively use Storykit and template creation for a larger crowd of people.
