As legal Counsel, you will work closely with senior management and our sales organization to optimize everything legal and support us in closing big deals.

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing and owning all our legal documents.

• Independently review, draft and negotiate customer contracts, terms and conditions, data protection agreements and supplier agreements.

• Acting as a key advisor to our sales team in contract negotiations.

• Compliance matters.

• Providing strategic legal advice to support our company's growth and expansion.

• Support senior management in supplier negotiations.

• Owning all GDPR and privacy-related questions.

We think that you have:

• At least a few years of experience in a corporate or commercial law firm, or as an in-house counsel in a similar industry (SaaS/Software/tech). 

• Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts. Preferably in an international setting.

• A strong understanding of contract law and corporate law.

• Extensive experience in GDPR and data privacy.

• The ability to provide strategic legal advice to support our company's expansion.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to represent our company's interests in negotiations.

• Analytical with attention to detail.

• Outstanding written and oral communication skills on a professional level, both in English and Swedish.
