Storykit is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Senior Sales Development Representative (SSDR) to join our unstoppable team. If you’re passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you won't just be selling a service. You'll be forging connections, illuminating possibilities, and helping prospective clients see the magic of turning words into videos. This position is pivotal for our growth and provides a springboard for your career in sales.

Your responsibilities include:

• Building Bridges: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and challenges, and how Storykit could be their ultimate solution.
  
• Proactive Outreach: Use innovative, engaging outreach methods across multiple channels—emails, calls, social media (especially LinkedIn) —to capture and nurture qualified leads.
  
• Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with both sales and marketing teams to refine outreach initiatives and campaigns. Gather and relay crucial market intelligence to guide our product development.
  
• Data-Driven Success: Leverage data to evaluate the success of outreach strategies and continuously refine your approach.

• Goal-oriented: Drive strategic goals to convert prospects into loyal customers by successfully setting meetings and educating them about the value of Storykit.

Who are we looking for - really?

• Passion for technology, especially video, content creation and AI and how it can help leverage users to new heights with automation
• You have a Bachelor's or master's degree in the Business Administration field (or relevant)
• 1-2 years experience in a sales-related role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets preferred.
• Stellar communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Ability and willingness to call and interact with people over the phone
• Ability to work autonomously but also in a team, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, an entrepreneur in spirit, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken. Swedish is not a must.

• You have experience working in a SaaS company
• You have worked in international companies or projects
• You speak German or one Nordic language
• You live in or nearby Stockholm to be able to join the team for office days efficiently

We’d love to reward everyone for their efforts! You’ll have a base salary, along with a commission structure designed to reward your success.
