As the first employee in the BA Team, my responsibility as a Commercial Analyst falls on building an efficient reporting infrastructure that will help commercial leaders to make smarter and more informed decisions.

Key-Tasks:

• Building and refining commercial reporting for CFO and Commercial Leaders in PowerBI

• Defining the metrics for commercial leaders to look at on a monthly, weekly and daily basis

• Support with analysis in strategic projects, e.g., customer segmentation, conversion drivers along the customer journey, etc.

• Building and refining the DataWareHouse structure to control data quality and cross-functional reporting
