Creative Strategist

We are introducing a new customer-facing role at Storykit: the Creative Strategist. This position sits at the intersection of customer understanding and technical implementation — you will be the person who translates what customers need into how Storykit delivers it.
You will join customer meetings, guide clients through the customization process, and — critically — you will configure Storykit's creative automation for each customer's specific communication needs. This is neither a support role nor a project management role. It is a strategic role that requires you to understand both corporate communication challenges and the technical possibilities of automated content production. You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers (who own customer relationships), Account Managers, and our product team (who build the platform), but your domain is the creative and strategic configuration that makes our automation genuinely useful.

Our customers are typically corporate communications and HR/employer branding teams at European B2B enterprises. These are departments that are often under-resourced and under-prioritized, relying on earned and owned media rather than large advertising budgets. We help them look like they have a full content team, when in reality, they have Storykit.
What You'll Do
Lead the creative discovery process with existing and prospective customers — understand their communication strategy, brand requirements, content formats, and distribution needs
Configure and set up Storykit's automation for each customer's specific use cases — this includes editorially intelligent templates (creators), brand guidelines, content workflows, and integration with their existing processes
Join customer meetings alongside CSMs to provide creative and strategic guidance, ensuring customers get maximum value from the platform
Perform content audits and generate actionable recommendations for clients' corporate communications strategy and planning.
Translate customer needs directly into system setup — you are both the strategist who understands what's needed and the implementer who makes it happen
Work with our motion engineers to develop customer-specific motion graphics and visual solutions when needed
Contribute to product development by identifying patterns in customer needs that could become scalable features
Build expansions to our portfolio into products that we currently do not offer in PR and IR.
Develop best practices and playbooks for common customer scenarios, helping us scale our setup process efficiently
Who You Are
You understand corporate communications — you've worked in or closely with comms, marketing, or employer branding teams and know their challenges and workflows
You have strong creative instincts — you can look at a customer's brand and communication needs and envision how they should be expressed in video and visual content
You are technically capable — not necessarily a developer, but comfortable working with digital tools, understanding templates and systems, and learning new platforms quickly
You understand and have a passion for the capabilities offered by LLMs in solving creative and productivity challenges for communicators.
You are an excellent communicator — you can run meetings, guide customers through decisions, and translate between 'what they want' and 'how we deliver it.'
You are structured and detail-oriented — setup work requires precision, and you take pride in getting things right the first time
You thrive in a startup environment — we are a small team, and this role will require initiative, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity
Nice to Have
Experience from a content agency, production house, or in-house creative team
Familiarity with video production workflows and motion graphics
Experience with marketing automation or content management platforms
