How you will make life easier for hundreds of millions of storytellers worldwide:

Storykit is growing at a fast pace, not least when it comes to the amount of incredible talent who are joining us. As such, we are trying to keep up with our processes for making sure that our colleagues are doing alright, feeling like they are able to perform to their fullest and that we have stellar leadership practices in place for nurturing and developing our amazing colleagues who, in turn, are changing the lives for thousands of marketers and communicators globally. 

Your responsibilities include:

• Our employee's general well-being, and making sure that we are having fun along the way (together with our Office & Culture Manager).
  
• Build structured ways to track how the organization is doing and feeling to ensure that we are driving the right culture and behaviors.
  
• Support our managers with HR-related questions.
  
• Learning and development for managers and individual contributors. This includes redefining and running our leadership initiatives and supporting our managers in coaching their team members in their individual development plans.
  
• Continue our ongoing work with reviewing and updating the key behaviors defined for “each” role to succeed at the company, and ensure that we run structured performance reviews based on our key behaviors.

Who are we looking for - really?

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in people and passionately likes seeing people perform to their fullest potential. This sounds like a cliché, but for us, it is not. We want people to feel challenged and uncomfortable, repetitively stepping outside their comfort zones with the type of work they’re doing every day, while feeling safe and supported along that path. The person we are looking for can roll up his/her sleeves, has a doer attitude and likes producing actual results. She/he sees themselves as an individual contributor rather than a manager but with exceptional opportunities to set the tone and structure for all our people-processes. 

In addition to this, we believe that you have:

• A relevant academic background in Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar.
  
• 5+ years experience in a broad, strategic and operative HR related role, preferably from a fast-paced organization and/or scale-up.
  
• Solid experience in coaching and supporting management groups, managers and co-workers.
  
• Knowledge of Swedish Labour law and other HR-related and applicable laws/guidlines is meritorious.
  
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
