How you will make life easier for hundreds of millions of storytellers worldwide:
Stories are at the core of everything Storykit. Of our product, our customers, our sales efforts – and of course: of our marketing. As our Demand Gen Manager you will make sure to tell the Storykit stories at the right time and place, to the right audience.
The right individual will think beyond leads, since we are 100% convinced that a bunch of low intent leads will never help move the needle. Instead, you will be focusing on marketing programs that drive awareness and consideration – and eventually: getting those hand raisers from people with a high intent.
This is the perfect opportunity for a talented marketer looking to make a mark at a rapidly growing company. The marketing team is still small but an essential part of the Storykit puzzle, and you will be growing side by side with a bunch of enthusiastic, smart and fun colleagues.
Your responsibilities include:
Generating new inbound pipeline, developing and executing campaigns to engage and convert our core audiences, and driving revenue in our target accounts.
Ensure the company achieves pipeline growth that supports our sales goals in 2022 and beyond.
Define demand gen strategy and execution in support of all go to market-campaigns, including product launches, content launches, events, and other demand gen campaigns.
Drive pipeline from existing database in Hubspot through the execution of engagement programs and by identifying high intent prospects to surface to sales.
Own the numbers; know what to measure, instrument those metrics, and socialize results with transparency.

We’re looking for someone who knows where to find the right audience, how to get in front of them, and how to make them crave what we’re having. Or, differently put: someone who knows how to create demand.
You love to start in data, but you also have a creative mindset. You believe in the power of storytelling, and are always looking for ways to make stories and conversions go hand in hand. You also love how social media has changed the way we can build demand, and are ready to leverage every part of it, without losing sight of all the other tools in the tool box.
You listen to the customer and the data and have a test-and-learn mindset.
Furthermore we believe you are humble, can prioritise aggressively, and are eager to roll up your sleeves and DO stuff. You get things done – fast. You take ownership and solve problems when you see them. You enjoy working in and over teams, and have a keen sense of understanding how other people think.
In short: You’ve successfully built a B2B inbound marketing engine before, and have leveraged a combination of channels and tactics to grow a robust marketing strategy. But, you are not chained to any best practice, but are ready to try out new ways to get the right results.
In addition to this, we believe that you have:
5+ years B2B marketing experience creating and executing demand generation programs using a broad range of channels
Demonstrated experience scaling fast growth demand gen engine from a pipeline perspective
Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms.
You can own a number. You have previously owned growth results and can walk us through how you did it, which challenges you had, and which wins you made.
