How you will make life easier for hundreds of millions of storytellers worldwide:
Stories are at the core of everything Storykit. Of our product, our customers, our sales efforts – and of course: of our marketing. As our Content Manager, you will be the centre of our storytelling, taking the lead in making all our stories happen.
You will work as the writing editor of the marketing team and be at the heart of all the content we create. In short: you will be a crucial part of creating the content to fuel our fast-running storytelling roller coaster needs.
This is a perfect opportunity for a talented writer/editor looking to make a significant mark in a fun, fast moving and story-loving environment. The marketing team is still small but an essential part of the Storykit puzzle, and you will be growing side by side with a bunch of enthusiastic, smart and fun colleagues.
Your responsibilities include:
Executing on the content marketing strategy and content plan for Storykit, across multiple channels and platforms.
Implementing SEO best practices to ensure all content ranks well.
Creating and maintaining a streamlined content calendar that keeps the whole team on track.
Building and maintaining a close relationship with our target audience and community, to ensure content is accurate, optimized, updated, and relevant to them.

Who are we looking for - really?
We need someone who loves storytelling. Who recognizes “the thing”, the angle, in everything, regardless if it’s a product release, a boring company update on LinkedIn or a subject we’ve identified as important.
You want to learn everything about your audience. You want to talk to them, learn from them, get to know what keeps them up at night, so you can create the right content to educate them and help them in their workdays.
You are an excellent writer, preferably in English, but you are also a great editor who can help others create amazing content. And even if you prefer to start with text, you are 100% confident thinking in different content formats like video, images, quizzes or whatever format that suits that specific story the best.
You love having the full overview of every piece of content created by the marketing team (and possibly beyond), and pulling them together to truly leverage the full power of content marketing.
And of course, even if you are a content person through and through, you are still used to owning a number, and making sure that the content we create delivers the business results we need.
In addition to this, we believe that you have:
- 2+ years of experience from content creation and storytelling. You might have a background in journalism, but you can also be an experienced commercial content creator.
- Exceptional copywriting and editorial skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- A proven ability to produce content that varies in topic, format, and funnel stages.
- Hands-on experience working with design and development teams to produce content.
- Passion for researching and writing comprehensive and long-form blog content
- Proven track record of creating content that ranks in search engines and drives targeted traffic
- English proficiency level: Native or bilingual
- Having previously worked in a fast growing SaaS-company, enjoying the sometimes chaotic, but energetic atmosphere is also a plus. Especially for yourself, since you will need to handle the strangest things in the shortest amount of time pretty often.
- Can you create content in more than one European language? Great!
