Storykit is growing at an incredible pace, we are constantly adding fantastic customers of all sizes and forms, alongside with new amazing colleagues. Now we are looking for an Enterprise Activation Manager to join our Enterprise Team, supporting, developing and handling our largest accounts in Storykit. In order to get maximum possible value out of Storykit, our enterprise clients require a thorough implementation of Storykit as well as a continuous flow of inspiration and efficiency development throughout their journey with us.
As an Enterprise Activation Manager you will be responsible for the onboarding process and implementation of Storykit as a tool on our largest accounts. Your days will be spent helping both new and existing clients on a creative and efficient level in their video creation in Storykit. This can imply anything from inspirational product
demos pure, production of videos and templates, to holding inspirational workshops within topics such as how to creatively use Storykit and template creation for a larger crowd of people.
This individual will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Implementing Storykit in Enterprise client organizations - running projects with the client and our Account Manager, handling creative implementation, training, template and theme development/creation, custom work and workflow.
- Being involved in pre-sales and pitch work for the enterprise sales team, as well as managing workshops with already existing clients, developing creative material as well as suggestions for workflow and other value-drivers
- Being the Storykit expert that knows its every corner and function and thus how it can help customers create truly unique content.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders - e.g. Marketing, Sales Development, Sales and Customer Success - to develop and maintain a stellar process that maximizes value for our customers and for Storykit itself

Who are we looking for - really?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers realize value with Storykit. This is a person who will go the extra mile to make clients successful, save cost, and achieve amazing creative results on our platform. An individual who loves qualitative video output and who is willing to become a great storyteller, learn and develop a good sense of look and feel.
Commercial understanding is most likely already your middle name, service runs in your blood, and a "complex and creative project” only sounds like a fun challenge for you. You are a social person who don’t fear leading meetings throughout the onboarding process as well as leading workshops with more established clients. As a Storykit expert, you will also be involved in pre-sales for our very largest strategic sales processes, contributing with creative, efficient and custom made expertise.
Previously, you have most likely been in a client facing role in a creative agency, at a SaaS company or similar, maybe as an Enterprise Executive, Customer Success Manager, Project Manager or Production Manager. No matter what, you are ready and eager to deal with customers on a daily basis, run complex creative projects and
take your creative self one step further into your work life.
In addition to this, we believe that you have:
A relevant academic background within communications, project management or similar. • 3+ years experience in client facing roles, preferably within a creative field such as a creative agency, consultancy firm, media company, or why not another rapidly growing SaaS company.
• Solid experience in running projects that are complex within a client organization as well as working in cross functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English
