How you will make life easier for hundreds of millions of storytellers worldwide:

As TA Partner for our tech/product organization, you will team up with our CTO and CPO as well as Engineering Managers and Team Leads to ensure the future growth of our product organization. You will be a strategic and operative partner and create true business value by ensuring that we hire the right talent to succeed.

Exactly HOW you do this is up to you. But of course, you will always have your TA colleagues having your back and all other fantastic and helpful Storykids to flip ideas with and get support from.

As our TA Partner for product and tech, you will

• Work closely with our CTO and CPO to identify hiring needs and how to attract and recruit that talent

• Drive the recruitment process (full-cycle) including interviews, assessments, etc.

• Be proactive in attracting candidates for our tech & product roles by writing engaging job ads, creating recruitment marketing campaigns, and outreach (sourcing)

• Take part in employer branding activities such as developing and maintaining our career site, making (Storykit) videos, collaborating with universities, etc.

• And of course, help us get better by continuously developing our recruitment processes and evaluating the tools that we use!

Who are we looking for - really?

We are looking for you, who are truly passionate about people. You are curious about what drives both our candidates and our employees, and enjoy the thrill of matching the right person with the right role.

You have probably worked a few years in a similar role, you enjoy working close to the tech teams and bringing structure to the table. You also have enough confidence to challenge hiring managers and other stakeholders in the organization. Yet, we think you’re humble, pragmatic and have no problem with rolling up your sleeves and doing both the operational, as well as strategic work within the TA field.

In print, we believe you have:

• At least 2 years of experience working with recruitment for product/tech roles, either as a recruitment consultant or inhouse

• Previous experience in driving recruitment projects from needs analysis to a signed contract

• Strong communications skills in English and an interest in leveling up how we describe what we do to the talent market. Swedish language skills is a plus.

• A drive to both deliver day-to-day and build for the future
