As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring that we succeed in growing and thriving together as an organization. Identifying the right people is an absolutely crucial task for us to be able to succeed with our mission, and we need to maintain the same quality in our recruitments as in all our other deliveries.
Until now, recruitment has pretty much been a one-man improvisation “show” driven by me (Alexander, Talent Acquisition Manager) but as we continue to grow so will our TA team and I’m longing for someone to team up- and flip ideas with!
Your responsibilities will include:
Be proactive in attracting candidates for our commercial and/or tech roles by writing/fine tuning engaging job ads, recruitment marketing and outreach (sourcing) 🕵️♀️
Deliver a great candidate experience by building long-lasting relationships with our candidates and speeding up our recruitment cycles
Take part in employer branding activities such as developing and maintaining our career site, making (Storykit) videos, collaborating with universities etc
And of course, help us get better by developing our recruitment process and evaluate the tools that we use!
To sum it up: our most central task as TA team will be to ensure that we get the best possible people onboard this journey. Exactly HOW we do this, is up to us. We are a small team and I’m counting on you to give me input on how we excel. 🤜 🤛

To thrive here at Storykit (especially in our TA team 😉), you need to be a genuine team player. You probably enjoy driving your own recruitment processes and projects as well as joint ones, while also being comfortable with asking for help and helping others when needed.
You have probably worked a few years in a similar role, and have enough confidence to challenge hiring managers and other stakeholders in the organization. Yet, you have no problem with rolling up your sleeves and doing both the operational-, as well as the strategic work within the TA field.
In print we believe you have:
At least 2-4 years in recruitment, either as a recruitment consultant or inhouse, with your main focus on either commercial- or technical roles.
Experience from working with recruitment from needs analysis to a signed contract.
Very strong communications skills in English and an interest in leveling up how we describe what we do to the talent market
Driven by both delivering day-to-day and building for the future
